The customer will shoulder shipping and handling costs. Shipping fees are available at Shipping details and will be added to the current product price.
For local deliveries, shipping courier is Jam Global express, LBC, or JRS express. We are not liable for any losses and damages of your package. We just here to help you assist you to ask the said courier if where is your package.
Prices for buyers outside the Philippines may change depending on the Peso equivalent of their respective denomination at the time they purchased the product. Your order may subject to customs duties and taxes of the country you shipped to. The recipient should shoulder these additional charges.

All Sales are final. Should the item received be defective or should there be any error on the shop’s end to provide the correct item, the buyer has 3 days to file a dispute to Azalea's Onlineshop (Azalea Full-Acc).
Once you pay for your purchase, please allow 1-2 business days for us to process and ship your order. Delivery time will be 1-3days to arrive. In provincial areas, delivery time takes 3-4days.
If you wish to exchange or return any product then please send the complete product back with complete returns form and receipt. Before sending the product, please do inform us first.
The item is in resaleable condition including that:
•It is in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories or tags with plastics or box
•It is unworn, unopened, unused and in its original condition;
•Any sew-in labels are still attached; and
The product is not one on which a change of mind return is not available.
